Ethics policy

The Lions Ground Entertainment Group (TLEG) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity in all of our business practices. Our Ethics Policy outlines the principles and guidelines that govern our actions and decisions as a company, and is intended to help ensure that we conduct our business in a lawful and responsible manner.

  1. Compliance with Laws, Regulations and Standards: TLEG will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards, including but not limited to, those related to anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, data privacy and intellectual property.

Conflicts of Interest: TLEG employees and contractors are prohibited from engaging in any activity, investment, or relationship that creates, or appears to create, a conflict of interest with their responsibilities to the company. Any potential conflicts of interest must be reported to the management.
