The Lions Ground Entertainment Group (“TLEG”) provides services, including ad space and music reviews, through our site (thelionsground.com). This Refund Policy explains our terms regarding payments and refunds for these services, and by purchasing, you agree to these terms.

No Refund Policy

1. Ad Space: All sales of ad space are final. Once payment is received and the ad space is reserved, no refunds will be issued. This is due to the preparatory work involved in setting up and reserving the space, as well as the time commitment made by TLEG. Please carefully consider your needs before purchasing.
2. Music Reviews: Payments for music review submissions are non-refundable. By submitting music, you are paying for the time, expertise, and administrative costs required to review your submission. Acceptance, promotion, or a specific result is not guaranteed, and the payment covers only the evaluation and feedback process.

Changes or Cancellations

1. Ad Campaign Changes: Once ad space is reserved and confirmed, changes may be made at TLEG’s sole discretion, depending on availability and the specific request. However, cancellations will not result in a refund.
2. Music Review Cancellations: Once music has been submitted for review, the process cannot be canceled, and no refund will be provided.

Exceptions

1. Technical Issues: If a technical issue occurs that prevents TLEG from delivering the service, we will work with the client to either resolve the issue or provide an equivalent replacement service. Refunds will only be considered if TLEG is unable to deliver the purchased service due to technical failures directly under our control, such as server issues, software errors, or other internal technical disruptions.
2. Service Not Provided: If TLEG is unable to deliver the service as described due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

• No Guarantees: TLEG does not guarantee specific results or outcomes for ad placements or music reviews. The success of advertising campaigns and the outcome of music reviews depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including audience engagement and subjective opinions.
• Limited Liability: TLEG, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to the use of our services. All services are provided “as is,” and users agree to use them at their own risk, including potential risks associated with subjective reviews and audience reception.
