By submitting your music to us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
To submit your music, you must:
- Be the original creator or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the music.
- Ensure the song is not older than 1 month from the date of submission.
2. Submission Fee
- The submission fee is non-refundable.
- Payment of the submission fee does not guarantee acceptance or promotion of your song.
- The fee covers the time and resources we invest in screening and reviewing your submission.
3. Promotion and Exposure
If we accept your song:
- We will write a promotional news article about your song.
- We will promote this article on our social networks.
- Your song will be highlighted for an entire week in the ‘week’s drops’ on our Instagram page.
- Your song will be added to our exclusive monthly elite Spotify playlist.
4. Feedback
- All submissions will receive feedback via email regarding our decision.
- Accepted submissions will also receive feedback about the song itself.
5. Intellectual Property
- By submitting your music, you grant The Lions Ground Entertainment Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your song for promotional purposes.
- You retain all rights to your music and are responsible for protecting those rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The Lions Ground Entertainment Group, its affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- We assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any user communication.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold The Lions Ground Entertainment Group, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Music Submission service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement.
8. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. It’s your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
